Required educational qualifications & Experience:
- A degree in Information Science or "Biblioteconomía y Documentación" with at least two years experience in the health care field.
- A scientific degree with relevant experience in information science will be also apreciated.
Other Skills:
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Word.
- Experienced in searching scientific literature databases such as PubMed.
- Must have good working knowledge of internet-based information systems, platforms, and retrieval systems.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Must have good customer support skills and be able to work with different departments across the organization.
- The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish. English as a primary language is preferred/required.
Requisitos
Estudios mínimos: Diplomado - Biblioteconomía y Documentación.
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año.

Requisitos mínimos: Main Duties /Responsabilities: Under the supervision of the Publication & Knowledge Services Director, main responsibilities will include:
- The Knowledge Services specialist performs searches of the scientific, technical and medical literature to identify relevant articles for internal customers such as R&D, Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory and Marketing departments.
- Develops optimized search strategies within scientific literature databases (such as PubMed, Medline, and SCOPUS)
- Performs high-level review of a scientific article to determine if key search concepts are contained within the article
- Organizes information and prepares search results report for customers
- Inputs data and articles into department databases
- Assists internal customers with document retrieval
