- Identify and recommend ways to create, to share and to utilize knowledge within the department organisation. Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing among cross-departmental teams to 'institutionalize' KM practices.
- Identify, assess and recommend opportunities to further best practices in the organisation' KM systems.
- Promote collaborative tools to facilitate sharing of ideas and work within the team.
