We need somebody who:
- Creatively and proactively assists our users though different channels (forums, mails, ...).
- Develops marketing and communication strategies through social networks and websites (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube...).
- Identifies and analyzes issues, patterns and trends in our users requests and product performance.
- Transfers the information to the appropriate departments so that they can respond accordingly.
- Proactively communicates observations, opportunities, and insights to the executive team.
- Follows and detects the trends in the social media.

Requisitos
Estudios mínimos: Bachillerato.
Experiencia mínima: Al menos 1 año.
Requisitos mínimos: - INDISPENSABLE: social games lover. - High English level (proficiency) or native English speaker. - Experience as a community manager. - Excellent communication skills. - Proactive in problem solving.
Pluses: - Good Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German or Turkish. - Master/Degree in Community Management.
