Knowledge Management Specialist en Madrid

In collaboration with other Knowledge capture staff, the KMS performs primary knowledge capture for assigned industry practice area(s) and all relevant functional practice areas 1.When projects are opened, conducts brief interview with Partner/Principle/PL to determine case team responsibilities, detailed topic keywords, functional practice area revenue allocations, and appropriate edits to T&B project descriptions. Promptly publishes a useful initial record 2.At the conclusion of each project, updates knowledge with well-written and indexed project descriptions, staffing information, key insights, impact, unique detail on PA-specific aspects, and materials from the project

The KMS works with the central Knowledge Management team and Practice Areas 1.Contributes to taxonomy control and guidance 2.Collaborates with other Knowledge Team staff to adapt the Knowledge Management training materials 3.Conducts Navigator training for KT staff

The effective KMS builds relationships with Practice Areas and with the host office and region 1. Either by phone or in person, offers presentations to office staff and/or management group about KM performance and objectives 2. Introduces new KM features or provides refresher on existing capabilities

Requisitos

Estudios mínimos: Licenciado - Documentación.

Experiencia mínima: Al menos 2 años.

Requisitos mínimos: 2+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree from a major university required – preferably in business, journalism, or related research/analysis-intense field; Masters preferred. Ability to communicate precisely and succinctly in English (oral and written- proficiency level-bilingual required), distill, edit and categorize knowledge in writing. Well-organized, self-starter, good at prioritizing, able to work autonomously and as part of a global team. Proactive, creative, persistent, confident and able to work effectively with partners and case teams. Ability to adapt and customize the capture process as required by different teams. Exceptional process skills – strong follow through and accountability.
